THE STUDIO / 03
Architects in thought.
Builders in practice.
VIAB is a Charlotte-focused design-build practice bringing an architectural way of thinking to development and construction.
OUR PURPOSE
One team.
A shared vision.
We believe the most thoughtful work comes from connecting creative intent with a deep understanding of how buildings are actually made. Instead of treating design and construction as separate conversations, we aim to bring them together from the start.
MEET THE CO-FOUNDERS
Two perspectives.
One commitment.
Atanas Madolev
CO-FOUNDER · CONSTRUCTION & DELIVERY
Atanas brings experience across residential, multifamily and commercial construction. He connects the team's architectural ambitions to practical coordination and quality execution in the field.
WHAT WE VALUE
Clarity over complexity.
A direct, considered process gives everyone a better understanding of priorities, choices and constraints.
Architecture with purpose.
Design decisions should serve the site, the people and the experience of living in the finished space.
Real construction knowledge.
The strongest vision is one informed by materials, coordination, methods and cost realities.
